Quick Question from a first time builder...

I am planning on getting a 400w psu (but this very instant I'm thinking maybe 500w...) but I want to attach many things... heheh.

two liquid blue neon bars,
two uv cc's,
My sound card is the Audigy 2 ZS platinum with the bay controller
A Gigabyte ATI x800 xt gpu
AMD 3400+
MSI k8n neo 2 platinum board
512x2 Kingston ram
NEC 16x Double Layer DVD+/- RW
2 HDD's: 74GB Raptor, 80 GB 7200 rpm (both wd's)
Floppy Drive with 9-in-1 memory reader
Oh and a bay 4 fan controller

Should I get the 500w? The 400w comes with the case, so I'd rather use it.

And as my original question states: Can you have too much crap in your pc?

And please throw in some cooling tips: What size fans, how many etc etc. The case comes with 4 fans, 3 80mm and a 60mm.

what kind of 400watt? If it is good then i would probibly keep it and see how it runs. It would probibly be enough if it is an antec. Or other quality psu.

Yes, you can have too much crap in your PC, IMHO. A 400w PSU (good quality, of course) should handle that, but get a 500w if you really want to, or if you are consider going overboard on the crap any time soon.

It depends on the quality of those "400" watts. Also the amperage behind them. What psu specifically are you looking at (link)?

AMD 3400+
MSI k8n neo 2 platinum board

I could be wrong here, but isn't the K8N Neo 2 socket 939 and the AMD 3400+ Socket 754?

Well, that's the end of it anyway. No more addons.

No.
Anyway, on the Rosewill PSU, I have no idea how Rosewill does.
