Quick question for those that have the Blockbuster Online Rental.

I just signed up for the 1 month free trial. I used the 2 free instore coupons earlier in the week but I gotta ask, do they keep track of them at all? What if I were to use them at a different store? Any experience with this? I'm just curiuos. Thanks

No in store membership, just go in and rent whatever you want.

Just an update..I think the 2nd person that responded misunderstood my question. Regardless, they do keep track of the e-coupons, at least at the same store. They wouldn't let me reuse them.

No, you cannot re-use the coupons. The system will not allow redemption and an error will display.


Yes, you need an in-store membership to use the coupons.

Confirmed. And I also tried it at a different store. They even knew when the coupons were first used!

If you read on the Blockbuster site, it explains that the e-coupons are linked to your online account. Once they are used, at any location, they are marked *used* and are no longer valid for any location. I think that was the jist of it anyhow.
