Quick question for the Phoenicians: Does the Loop 303 freeway really exist between I-10 and Hwy 60?

Google maps says "yes" but I'm skeptical. Is this stretch a freeway yet or still pure hell?

It's been a year or so, but the last time I was out there 303 was in fact a freeway, not a 2 lane "highway".

Thanks, when traveling from Tucson to Wickenburg I’ve been going the Gila Bend - Buckeye - Vulture Mine Road route to avoid Phoenix. The Loop 303 being complete changes the math. The 303 has been under construction for 15+ years hence my skepticism.

They finished the Boulder City bypass as well, so nice.

Interesting, a few of the exits on it are Single Point Urban Interchanges. These work well for areas, that don't have the room for an 8 ramp interchange, but traffic is too heavy for a traditional 4 ramp interchange. Speaking of which, I should find this mod for Cities: Skylines. 🙂
