quick question for nvidia triple surround users

hey I have a question... when you go to the nvidia control panal and under the SLI selection you select "span displays" .. what is supposed to immediately happen after you apply that? because I just applied it and 2 of my monitors went to standby while 1 is now on. "span displays" is still selected though. Will my other monitors fire up when I enter a game that supports it?

I was just messing around with that. I should turn on your 3rd display as soon as you apply those settings.

okay in my control panel under
"set up multiple displays" ... 2 of them where unchecked after I clicked "span across displays"

now when I try to check them manually it says "when SLI is enabled, only one GPU in the group can drive the displays"

what's up with that? I have 3 display ports on each of the cards I need to use.

You can do either two displays in SLI or 4 displays as two separate cards

not sure what you mean... I have 3 displays and 3 cards. are you saying I can only plug into 2 and not 3?
