Quick question! Does ASUS A8N-SLI include a S-ATA cable?

I've ordered an ASUS A8N-SLI motherboard and I'm about to order a WD 74GB Raptor hard drive.

The A8N-SLI says it includes "8 Serial ATA Cables" but I'm wondering if this is the same as a "Serial ATA Signal Cable".

Basically, my question is... should I order this:

The second link is the same as the first, but it includes the "Serial ATA Signal Cable"...

yes the board comes with 8 SATA cables....as in you can connect 8 sata drives. ive seen a picture some where detailing the contents of the box. i saw 8 seperate sata cables

the board supports 4 sata drives through the nvidia NFORCE4 and 4 through the Silicon Image sata raid chip

all 8 ports suport raid.


all single means is tha it supports 1 drive, 8 cables supporting one drive each...ie 8 drives in total. a SATA cable is a SATA cable
