Alright so I have two partitions on my HD. I first partition is 50gb which holds Windows Vista and installed apps. The second partition is 400gb which holds all my info. Now when I copy files from C: to D:, they still remain on C: and I have to delete them off the C: drive. Before when I had one partition and I moved files to different folders they literally move. Is there anyway to have this with two partitions?

If you are dragging them from one partition to another with your mouse, then hold down the RIGHT mouse button when you drag them. When you let go of the button, you'll see the option to either COPY or MOVE the files.
