Quick question concerning CDRW and DVD Config

I have a pioneer 105S DVD Drive and a Plextor 12X10X32X CDRW. Should I put both of these on the same IDE cable? Both of them recomend being the master. Or should I put my DVD on as secondary to my HD. If I should put both on the same one, which one as slave and which one as master?
 
I have the same drives! What I did was put them on the same IDE channel and make the Pioneer Drive the Master and the Plextor the slave. Due to the Burn-Proof technology, I've yet to create a coaster! 😀
 
i recomend put your CDRW as secondary master and your DVD in any other, you can conect both in the same IDE but your burn process may fail.
