Quick question - Cardbus compatible with ExpressCard slot?

I have a quick question. I am getting a new laptop (Dell XPS M12010) with an ExpressCard slot. Can I use a Cardbus card inside of an ExpressCard slot? What about PCMCIA? Thank you.
 
express card is the new PCMCIA its like PCI Express but for laptops nothing will fin in there now and there only very few things that will work in that slot and for now there $400+ expencive. My laptop also has a PCMSIA slot so i got both but i dont know about you.
