My friend's wife created a 30MB pdf for her design business and wants to send it to a client.. I suggested having them download it...

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense.

RapidShare should be able to do what you need, but I'm not sure of the file size limit.

You could always compress(rar) it, then upload.
