Quick Question: Can Windows 8 be operated with a Harmony Remote?

My Harmony controls Media Center/XBMC perfectly. Will it also be able to navigate the tiles on the front end GUI of Windows 8?

Also, has anyone gamed on Windows 8? Is it comparable to Windows 7?

I am trying to use Windows 8 completely without a mouse and keyboard. I'd love to be able to navigate the tiles and start what I want.
