quick question. Can i use a 1 ghz 266 fsb in a 200 fsb motherboard??

eInform, use pricewatch, ebay, or Anand's weekly lists (OEM I think though).

Yes you can. It'll come up as a 750MHz and you'll have to change the multiplier in the bios. Most 1GHz were unlocked. I'm running a 1.2GHz 266MHz on a 200MHz board.

you can but itll only run at 200. its just like ram. you can buy pc133 and put it on a 100 board but itll only run 100.
