Quick question before I buy

Not an exciting question, but before I click buy on my order and watch my money vanish into the internet ether, just wanted a second opinion that these parts will be fine together. (in particular if the RAM is fine, or whether I should spend more (cough, already stretching budget...)). It's been a while since my last build and while I've done my reading up over the last few weeks, still would like a confirming nod.

Also, when (if?) I get the money in the future for a dual core athlon in 939 form, what would need changing - is the PSU overkill or just a good balanced choice?
Further, recomendations of X700 Pro or NVIDIA at the same or slightly less price point (can get Sapphire X700 Pro for £80 inc VAT) would be appreciated.

cheers, heres the parts:
