Quick Question About Women

My girlfriend and I have $3X about once a week. She is on birth control pills. Also, she frequently develops cysts in here ovaries. I'm out of town for 3 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since I left and she said she missed here period which was supposed to start Thursday. Is it poosible that she is pregnant or did she miss it because she is soo stressed right now?

It's possible. If it goes more than a week ask her take a preg test. Odds are she's not and when the test comes back negative she'll be relieved and it'll start soon after.

there could be any number of reasons why she is late on her period.

dont stress it right now. get a pregnancy test or go to the doctor and find out for sure.

This'll get you worrying again: it's entirely possible to have false-negatives very early in a pregnancy. It takes a few days for the hormones to ramp up production. I had a false negative pregnancy test with kid #1, then a positive test a week later.
