Quick question about Treo phones...

Do they support instant e-mail thru an exchange server like Blackberries do? My company is thinking of switching to them but my boss is under the assumption that you have to manually synchronize your phone in order to recieve e-mail, where as in Blackberries it gets to you instantly.
 
They can be configured to do so, just like the Blackberreis. Again though you need to invest $$$ into the backend to make either one work.
 
Way I undersstand it is that Blackberry "pushes" the mail to you whereas on my Treo650 I have to go download it.
But I think most people get around it by forcing it to download at regular intervals.
