Quick Question about time zone changes

If I were to fly from San Francisco to Australia, and left San Fran at about 11:30 pm on lets say a monday, what time and what day would I arrive in Australia? I think it's about a 14 hour flight.

I'm just not exactly sure how the International Date Line works when you fly over it going West

But, but, but...if you flew back East across the date line you would be entering the future, or would it be the present?

Yeah, you'll definitely want to watch this documentary on the hazards of crossing the date line the wrong way.

so is that actually the answer? I would arrive there on the same day that I left?

Could anyone tell me like around what time and day I would arrive there if I left at 11:30 on a monday

look at your plane ticket..
it will give you the dates and arival times....

Well on the plane ticket, it said i would arrive around 7 am on the second day. It didn't give any dates, just said "2nd day." So I wasn't sure if that meant like tuesday, according to my example, or not. Tuesday morning just didn't sound right so i thought that I would ask here.

But it sounds like the answer is Wednesday morning, so thanks for the info
