Quick question about the billion versions of Visual C++

Hey guys,

Getting a new PC ready for use, and I tried to run the Unigine Valley benchmark on it, but it complains about missing a certain dll, which appears to be from one of the versions of Visual C++ (probably 2010.) I'm on a fresh install of Windows 10, and it comes with 2012, 2013 and 2015, so I'll need to supply 2010 on my own.

That said, there's a billion versions, and also service packs and all that other nonsense.. some digging turned up this page on the Microsoft site. Does anyone know if this page is accurate with all the 'latest' versions, or is it one of those misleading "it was the latest at the time of posting, but severely outdated now" pages?

Also, I am assuming if I grab the 2010 SP1 redist package from that page, I shouldn't need any other 2010 package, right? (The URL to that package is different from other, older, results of people linking to the 2010 redist, which I assume is the non-SP1 version, but all the versions confuse me.)

Thanks.

Huh, thanks, I'll take a look at that.. I figured I could be a little more selective with the other page, especially since my Windows 10 already came with 2012, 2013 and 2015 versions pre-installed, but that page doesn't have 2005, and 2012 onward required some Visual Studio license thing so I wasn't able to download them.

Do you know if that package includes all the redists it needs, or does it require an internet connection to download them at runtime? My PC has no internet connection while I set it up.
