Quick question about splitting an MP3 file.

If i have one massive mp3 file that has a 60 minute mix on it...and i want to split it up into, say, 5 or 6 main tracks.

Is there an easy way to do that?

I ask here in OT since i'm in a hurry to do so! (don't ask)
