I have a geforce 7900 gt which doesn't cut it for age of conan. I would like to buy another cheap 7900 and run sli if possible. What are the limitations for SLI? I have been unable to locate my exact card anywhere but I do see some other 7900 cards out there. Will it work if it isn't the exact same card with same settings?

Another 7900 will cost you about $60-70, meaning you could sell your current card for that price. Upgrading to a $120 9600GT will be perfect for AoC. SLI is always best to be avoided if possible.

It would have to be the same model of 7900 for the driver to allow SLI. It could be from a different manufacturer and/or have different clockspeeds(i.e. the overclocked BFG models) and still work in SLI.

Either way, the card is old enough now that you would either have to buy a second card used or pay way more than it's worth to get one still hanging around in retail. The 9600GT mentioned above is probably a better solution.
