Quick question about shipping internationally

I'm new to eBay selling, and the other day I started an auction for a pair of jeans. I put shipping terms at "U.S. only," but today I got an email from a bidder asking if I would ship to Sweden. The bidder has perfect feedback, a purchasing history that's pretty consistent (someone who's been buying clothes recently, as opposed to suddenly bidding out of the blue after 2 years of inactivity). So since nothing seems to fishy I'd be willing to sell it, but since I know nothing about shipping internationally I'm trying to figure how much to ask. USPS priority costs $9 (which the bidder was aware of and mentioned, so obviously I won't go nuts with a large blanket charge), but I was curious if I'd have to pay any sorts of fees for customs/duties/taxes, etc in addition to that. Can anyone help me out here?

AFAIK, the importER is responsible for all taxes/duties/customs, etc.
