Quick question about power connectors

Thanks for all your help so far in getting me up to speed with the latest computer specs. One last question:

I have an Antec SL350S 350W PSU (ATX 12V_2.0).
It has a ATX12V 4-pin connector, and a 20-pin ATX power connector.

The board i'm getting has a 24-pin ATX power connector, and an additional 4-pin ATX_12V power connector. I checked the ratings and the PSU should be sufficient enough for the board.

1. Can I use this PSU with this board? Or, do I need a PSU with a 24-pin ATX connector and a ATX12v plug?

2. If I can, what do I do with the 4-pin ATX12V connector? Does it go with the 20-pin plug in the 24-pin ATX connector, or to the single 12v 4-pin ATX connector?

Thanks in advance.

It's not an 'additional' 4-pin connector on the board, it's for the CPU. You definately shouldn't put to 4-pin connector beside the 20-pin in the 24-pin ATX power connector. Whether or not the system will work with a 20-pin ATX power cord is beyond me.
