Quick question about pci express

Just a quick question. If I buy a pci express motherboard, will an agp graphics card work with the larger pci express port. I am specifically talking about the asus P5GDC-V DELUXE if it helps at all. I am not that familiar with pci express. Thanks.

PCI express and AGP are completely different technologies and are not backward compatible...
