Quick question about IE

Whenever Internet Exlporer opens a new window it opens a really small sized window. How do I make it so it defaults to a full screen whwnever it opens a new window. Stupid question, I know, but it's getting really annoying hitting the maximize button every single time I open a new window with IE.
