Quick question about headlight fixtures

The girlfriend needs a new set of headlight fixtures for her car. The Napa near me can get in a set for $114, but I found this place which has them for $73 per pair. Are these $40 cheaper because they're crappy, or is Napa just charging $40 more because they can? If anybody has any other suggestions for where to buy them, I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
 
Just probably not OEM, the reflectors might be a lil different also so maybe you will be better off replacing both.
