quick question about ebay selling

if a buyer pays via paypal, instant payment, and ship to address is paypal confirmed, is it safe to assume that everything will go ok for the seller? assuming this will end smoothly that is. i haven't sold anything on ebay in like 3 years, so i'm a bit out of it.

Yes; in fact if you log into your PayPal account and view the payment, PayPal will tell you if that payment is covered by their Seller Protection Policy or not.

From experience, if it's a 'confirmed' domestic address, you're safe to ship. Make sure any item under $250 has at least some form of Delivery Confirmation, and any item over $250 has Signature Confirmation. Insurance should be purchased if you want to protect against loss or damage during shipping.
