I just bought a box today and I'm anxious to get them on, but I just ate. My teeth feel kinda dirty so I don't want to put them on, but I can't brush either cos it says not to. When do you usually put yours on? It says don't put them on right after brushing... but then WHEN DO YOU???

I think they go on your teeth. Oh.. I see, when do you put them on. Hmmm, 40 minutes should be enough time. Put 'em on now.

I tried them, and I didn't see a HUGE difference after I used them. I just went to my dentist, and used his treatment - teeth trays and a solution to sleep in, and in just 4 days my teeth have whitened to the maximum shade possible :)

I think the saliva and food particles react with the peroxide to make more of a reaction or something....

All it is, is a peroxide based gel.... you can taste it.
