quick question about credit rating

so my VISA credit limit had its max limit raised again, and i did nothing to request it. does that affect my credit rating for the good or for the bad or not at all?

I do not think it affects your credit rating all that much.

To an extent the limit raising will help you, especially if it increases your credit😀ebt ratio. If you always are maxed out, the more debt in your report the worse off you are, of course.

It's probably for the better as long as you don't subsequently raise your balance.
