Quick question about bulk selling

I have not check out the FS fourm for a while wasn't aware of this rule.. can someone explain it a little bit more clearly??? what can I do then to sell the softwares?

Just don't sell 50 copies of software. If you have one or two copies that you can sell, then that's fine. It's all about the number that you're selling and whether it looks like you are a dealer or a reseller.
