According to ASUS Support pages, P4S533 has 48-bit LBA support as of BIOS version 1008 or later. This should add support for HDDs up to 250GB and higher. However, some manufacturers are not testing older mainboards with drives larger than 160GB or 200GB when they add 48-bit LBA support through BIOS release, nor recommending higher capacities be used. Whether or not it will work, you could:

- Send a support request to ASUS and ask
- Update the BIOS to the latest release (if not already) and give it a go
