Quick question about About Canon PowerShot sd200

Get a card reader, and there shouldn't be a question of will it work or not.
Card reader is faster to use, and won't drain your batteries. I find them much more convenient.

Another option, besides a separate card reader, is a printer with a card reader built in. We have a HP Photosmart D7160. If we put the SD card into it, we are able to use "My Computer" and access it. Thus, camera batteries aren't being used.

Get this for $5 (or this for $8) and problem solved....plus you can recognize any media type that you might run across. From my experiences using your printer as an interface is slower than using a card reader (ie trying to off-load 4GB of images).
