Quick question about a lease signing

I'm signing a lease for a house with my friend for next year at school. One part of the application asks for:

2 personal (other than relatives) and one credit other than aforementioned Bank.

Does this mean for the credit that I need to put down a credit card number? I don't have a CC personally.

Pick up your phone and call the phone number of the person renting the house or the number on top of the application.
