quick PSU question...

Yeah, how it works is there is an extra 4 pin connector snaps onto the ATX 20 connector to make it a true 24. If you are using it on a 20pin board, you just unclip it and tie it back out of the way.
 
Yup, Yreka has it. Those are slick and the way some of them are implemented shows they actually put some thought into the design. There definitely is a difference in 20+4 connector housings. IAC, they shouldn't be making 24-pin PSUs any more without a 20+4 connector.

Yep, the design on the few I've used is slick- the 20 pin w/ lock actually holds the 4 pin in place in a 24 pin socket so it can't come loose...
