quick POLL: UPS or FedEx? UPDATE & resolved

I am okay with UPS also - I like their tracking system a whole lot better.

I think fedex has slightly cheaper rate, but UPS has better tracking system. So for one time shipping, I'd stick with fedex.

FYI, UPS has a kick ass system for ebusiness to integrate shipping / tracking into their own site. They also pick up more frequent than Fedex. That's why most of the online shops ships with UPS.

For me... UPS > Fedex

UPS tracking is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than Fedex's, and Fedex always delivers to my house late afternoon.

update: forgot that UPS bought out mailboxes etc. and they are the only place to ship within a few miles....so they went out UPSidedown

I never had a problem with UPS until recently when my 18" Dell LCD came with a big hole in the side of the box! FEDEX it is!

You know, until recently, FedEx. They came the other day and left a thing on the door saying we could sign it and stick it back out, they would be back tomorrow; you know the deal. Okay, so today comes and the guy didn't even show. What gives? I still like their home delivery trucks with the dog and the parcel. hehe and "What can brown do for you?" always makes me chuckle

Fedex. Everything I get from UPS looks like it was ran over by the truck first.

UPS sucks! They freakin RAN OVER my GeForce 3 when I shipped it to a friend in canada!

Fedex all the way! Whenever I order from newegg, their fedex shipping is always fast and safe.
