the 1.70V is a cCO stepping & the other a cDO stepping.
choose the cDO stepping one as it's the latest version! 🙂
 
So is it faster or no? 🙁 Make it simple, the 1.75 is a factory replacement, the 1.7 is another I had on a shelf.. I can sell either one, and I want to keep the best.. heh

I would keep the later stepping, the cd0. Neither is faster, though, stepping has no impact on performance at a given speed.

The area which it COULD make a difference is in overclocking.

So is there a core difference? Is it *similar* to the tualitin.. or however you spell it?? Hmm.. why would they change the voltage?
