Quick.. PIII voltages??!?

I have two p3 1ghz, one with a core rated as 1.75v, and one with 1.7v... which would be better??

Lower voltage = less power consumption and less heat.

the 1.70V is a cCO stepping & the other a cDO stepping.
choose the cDO stepping one as it's the latest version!

So is it faster or no? Make it simple, the 1.75 is a factory replacement, the 1.7 is another I had on a shelf.. I can sell either one, and I want to keep the best.. heh

I would keep the later stepping, the cd0. Neither is faster, though, stepping has no impact on performance at a given speed.

The area which it COULD make a difference is in overclocking.
