Quick Photoshop Help

I'm helping a friend print out some stuff for shirts on iron-on paper, but I cant figure out how to get the text in photoshop to go backwards so it goes right when it irons on. Anyone know how to do it?

Rasterize the text, Edit - Flip Horizontal

My only question is: "Did you iron it on the shirt before you realized you had a problem?"

All of the shirts I have made i never had to flip the text and it worked fine.
