How do I select whether I want to send payment through my banking account or through a CC?

i think you can only make paypal payments with the money that's IN your paypal account. do you mean whether it deposits money into your paypal account from your CC or bank account?

I am not 100% certain, but pretty sure if you want to pay from your bank funds you have to xfer over some money which can take 3-4 days per their site. To pay "on the fly" you either have to have sufficient PayPal balance or a valid CC it will access.

Unless they've changed policy (again) you can send an "instant e-check", to be drafted from your bank account.

bottom of the send money page, it says pay with CC, bank or e-bank.

use bank, it'll deduct from your checking account, instantly.

or use ebank...that takes 3-4 days.
