I'm buying something off of someone in the forums here and am wondering if it's possible to pay via paypal by credit card. It seems I have to transfer money from a bank account. Is that right? Thanks.
 
you can pay via credit card, long as the recipient has a business /upgraded account, for which they'll be charged a certain % fee for credit card transactions. ask the person you're sending money to, if they just have a normal account send via bank transfer.
