How do I make my paypal account default the charge to my credit card instead of my bank account?

If there isn't an option for it, I'd understand why. Paypal would probably default to your bank account because those are confirmed funds, whereas with a credit card someone could charge a bunch of crap on someone else's card, or on there's for that matter, have it disputed, and PP would be up crap creek.
