Yes I checked their site, before anyone says it. 🙂

If I upgrade my account to premier, to be able to accept CC payments, it says I will be charged 2.9% + .30. now, does this apply to CC payments I'll receive, or ALL payments I'll receive, either bank/CC/eCheck?

I don't agree about the eCheck payments. I've received several via that method and the fee's are slightly lower than normal. (e.g. i sell same price items)
