If i upgrade to a business account, will all funds that I receive be charged .30 cents and 2.9%? or just Credit Card funded ones?

I received a credit card payment and am stuck between upgrading to a business account or not... are there really any benefits to upgrading my account other than being able to receive CC payments?
 
The free account doesn't give you the seller's protection policy, which is really bad news if you're sent fraudulent funds from some scum buyer, even if you shipped to the confirmed address.
 
Wanna cut those fees down? Do what I did... Get their debit card. Then when you use it as a credit card they pay you 1.5%.

Really cool way to MAKE money... heh. Transfer funds into PayPal from your bank and then spend them with the card. LoL
