quick paypal inquiry...

i just sent "john doe" some paypal, via instant tranfer from my checking account. my checking account definitely has more than enough funds to cover it, so i am not worried about overdraft, or boucing echecks, or whatever. a few minutes after i sent paypal, john sends me an email saying he just realized his paypal was unverified, and he was not sure if that will delay him from getting my paypal. as far as i know, it should not delay him from getting my funds. am i incorrect in this assumption?

There should be no delay, Him being unverified has nothing to with him not getting money you sent him. BUT if he tries to ripp you then you are not covered.

It will not delay payment, but you'll not be able to verify an address for where you sent your funds.
