Quick Outlook question about meeting requests..

So I'm in California and want to send a meeting request to some guys in the UK. For the time should I put our time and will their Outlook adjust accordingly, or should I put it for their time..i.e. if I want it for 11pm tonight should I insert it as 11pm or 7am?
