I've recently switched over to nVidia after being 'with' ATI for a few years. I'm finding the control panel good, but more complicated than the ATI equivalent and as such I'm having a hard time getting things set up the way they were. I've got most of it (took me a while to get videos playing full screen from the PC to the TV) but I'm stuck on one aspect.
Basically, I tend to play DVD's on the PC, but I have it set up so that they display in full screen on the TV in the other room. Now, with the ATI CP there was an option to 'maintain aspect ratio' or something like that. I can't find the option in the NV control panel, and I'm finding that when I play a DVD on the PC, it converts it to full screen on the TV but the ends (sides) are chopped off a bit. I need it to add black bars at the top and bottom of the full screen picture so that I get the full width. How do I do that?
