Most people here have had good experience with Newegg, making it probably the "safest". You could check Pricewatch.com for the "cheapest".

Good Luck

When it comes to memory, many people suggest you spend the extra few bucks for quality. I learned my lesson the hard way debugging an old VIA MVP3 (back in the day) chipset for hours and hours only to learn that the generic ram was causing lockups. Ever since then, it's only been http://www.crucial.com

Mushkin all the way! They aren't the cheapest around, but they occasionally have some good deals and the customer service can't be beat. I've only ever had to return 1 stick. They overnighted me the new one AND paid the shipping to send the defective one back!
