Quick.. Need Small Business firewall ideas

I have a need for a easy to configure/manage firewall, that will be used for a small company.

ex:
Ethernet Router firewalls?
Linux with 2 nics?
Win2k setup as firewall?

Ideas?

If you have Linux/*BSD experience that would be a nice idea.
FreeSCO might work for you too.

Otherwise a Cisco firewall/router combo might be better.

buy a small Netscreen box and eliminate all of the hassle with a dual NIC Linux system.

Are there any distros of *nix that are firewall only?
