I've been working here in A2 for about 3 months now.

I've hit a lot of bars up but feel I am missing quite a few.

My list of bars I've been to:
Ashley's
The Arena
ABC
Grizzly Peak
Heidelberg
Bar Louie (whatever)

I am thinking of trying 'The Alley' tonight...

Any suggestions?

Sometimes thread like this hit my funny bone. I had a friend named Cambell. who used to rob steal and gamble, and did everything low down. But his one redeeming virtue is he never visited a bar in Ann Arbor and thus will surely go to heaven. The home of the University of Michigan aka villain town to other big ten rivals including my alma matter.

When Woody Hays, the legendary coach of Ohio State, refused to buy a gallon of gas in the state of Michigan, can we all say he was wrong?

With that said, drive to the Dirty D.
Greektown has some of the best bars I have ever went to.

So Alley Bar was filled with douchebags last night...

So myself and 2 chicks I met at the bar went down to Old Town and had some more drinks... much much quieter

Congrats... I own that shirt and I live here...

Ann Arbor is a much nicer town than the area around tOSU it isn't funny.

and I'm a buckeye fan through and through.

I'm a neutral spirit in that regard. Born and raised in NW Ohio, and went to OSU.
'round these parts (NW Ohio), the fanbase is split between the two pretty evenly.

I loved Cbus but parts of the town definitely sucked. But it's a major city, Ann Arbor cannot compare in that regard.

But yes, Ann Arbor is actually a great area. I've shopped there a bit and would have no qualms about going there or even living there.

Though downtown Cbus stands above it imho, there's just so much more there.

Either place is better than Toledo. :(

I know toledo pretty well... :p

Yea, and A2 cant compete with Cbus because well, CBus is a damn state capital.

I'll be down in CBus this coming weekend for my brothers graduation from OSU and will be doing some senior bar crawl on thursday night :p
