Quick MSI K7T Pro2-A BIOS Question...

I have just spent the past 2 hours building by AMD Duron 800 system. It is all running great, and I am just optimizing the BIOS. Can someone tell me what the best setting for the K7 CLK_CTL function is (located in the Advanced chipset Features) There is default and optimal, I think.
Does this affect Performance / Stablity??

PS. This system has been the best and esiest to set up. It is the first computer I have built where everything works first time. Performance and Stablity!!
Thanks to everyone in this forum who has recommended an MSI K7T Pro2-A. It's the best board I've ever had!!
