quick motherboard compatibility question

i have a motherboard that had a Celeron 433 on it. any possibility the motherboard will support a 1.3Ghz Celeron CPU?

No, the board is 99% surely based on a BX chipset, which was only able to handle up to the ~550 mhz Celerons, IIRC

ic.....both motherboards said PGA 370 on it, so it threw me off.
