Quick Memory Question

Hello all, i've got a quick question. I have 3 512 pc3200 dims and I can use 2 of them at home and 1 at work. So I want the best matched 2 to be used at my home computer.

According to CPU-Z they are all about different -

CAS Latency - 3 / 2.5 / 2.5
RAS to CAS - 3 / 4 / 3
RAS Recharge - 3 / 4 / 3
TRAS - 8 / 8 / 8

So none of them match completely (3|3|3|8 , 2.5|4|4|8, 2.5|3|3|8) but which two go together better? I have no clue about this whole ram timing stuff.

lower numbers are better even though there will be no noticable difference in performance.

so then should i match the 3|3|3|8 with the 2.5|3|3|8 and leave the 2.5|4|4|8 at home.

stupid ram why aren't you all the same!! lol
