I have Epox 8K3A+

currently i have 1 stick (256mb) of Pc 2700 in it..i was wondering if i can put a stick (512mb) of Pc3200 along side the Pc2700

or should another stick of pc 2700???

thanks

You could probably do this with no problem but I believe it would default to, or run at PC2700 speeds. You would really not gain any benifit, except perhaps a nice place to store the RAM for your next system. 😀

Yeah I would agree, you are about 97% or something guarunteed for it to work and the price difference is minimal so I would say go for it, it will run at the default PC2700 speeds, if your motherboard supports PC3200 you might be able to get your other memory to run at this....but it's far from certain.
